Black Forest Labs publishes this page to provide regulatory information about how our models are developed, trained, and governed. It hosts our training data disclosure under California Civil Code Section 3111 (AB 2013), model documentation and training data summaries for our General-Purpose AI models pursuant to the EU AI Act. These disclosures are published and updated, in accordance with applicable law, as our models are released or substantially modified.
