Millions of users are already making magic with our FLUX models. Our open models are the most popular image models on Hugging Face, and our enterprise models are among the most widely-adopted on platforms like Fal.ai, Replicate, and TogetherAI. Partners from Adobe and Canva to Meta and Microsoft are building on our models to power new creative experiences.

But these are early days. Tomorrow, we’re looking ahead towards models that unify visual perception, generation, memory, and reasoning—laying the foundations for visual intelligence.

That’s why today, we're excited to announce our Series B of $300M at a $3.25B post-money valuation. We’re deepening our work with existing partners, including a16z, NVIDIA, Northzone, Creandum, Earlybird VC, BroadLight Capital, and General Catalyst, and welcoming Salesforce Ventures and Anjney Midha (AMP), as co-leads, alongside Temasek, Bain Capital Ventures, Air Street Capital, Visionaries Club, Canva and Figma Ventures. This funding will accelerate our research and development.
